A1 Glass & Aluminum was contracted by Metcon Buildings & Infrastructure to install a curtain wall and storefront on the exterior of the George Street Residence Hall located on the North Carolina Central University campus. George Street was a new on-campus mixed-use complex featuring student housing and retail amenities.
Northwood Raven contracted A1 Glass & Aluminum to install the curtain wall and the interior storefront glass at 500 West Trade, a 354-unit luxury apartment community. A1 Glass had previously worked with the general contractor on another project. The team installed a curtain wall on 12 floors of the building and installed an interior storefront in the amenity area and the rooftop lounge.
Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for the new 2-story Indian Land High School, located in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The new high school sits on 93 acres of land and is 341,158 square feet of space.
