A high‑rise residential tower at Mint and Morehead in Uptown Charlotte — wrapped in Tubelite 400T curtainwall and Peerless G200 window wall, glazed by A‑1 from the street to the Level 17 sky lounge.
Rising at the corner of Mint and Morehead Streets, Bond on Mint adds a new residential high‑rise to the Uptown Charlotte skyline. Working with Samet Corporation, A‑1 Glass & Aluminum delivered the building's complete glazing envelope — Tubelite 400T curtainwall at the podium and amenity levels, and Peerless G200 window wall across the residential floors above.
When a design challenge surfaced at the Level 17 sky lounge, A‑1's team worked alongside the general contractor to develop a solution that honored the design intent within real‑world constraints — the kind of field problem‑solving that keeps a tower on schedule and earns repeat work.
