A‑1 Glass & Aluminum installed the glass and curtainwall for United Bank's new flagship regional office in the heart of Charlotte's SouthPark area. The two‑story, 18,000‑square‑foot building on Morrocroft was designed by architect LS3P, with Shelco serving as general contractor.
The modern design called for an expansive glass curtainwall, clean lines and an exterior balcony. Working to complement that vision, A‑1 installed custom outriggers within the EFCO 5600 curtainwall to support the company's signage, along with EFCO sunshades and Guardian SNX 51/23 glazing throughout.
