Homewood Suites first property in Uptown, a mixed-use development, features a 13-story building including 209 guest suites, 3,500-square-feet of flexible meeting space and 4,000-square-feet of first floor retail space.

Additional project details:

• EFCO 5600 curtainwall, EFCO 406 and EFCO 401 storefront systems in clear anodized finish
  • 1” IGU with a Solarban 70XL Low E coating provided by Press Glass
• Over 200 Crystal 2100 series window units installed
  • Crystal Windows were powder coated to match a simulated anodized silver
  • Crystal Windows were glazed with Solarban 70XL glazing
• Exterior heavy glass doors
  • Clear monolithic door glazing, set in door rails with full height door pulls
• Automatic Bi-Parting Sliding Door in a clear anodized finish
• Solar Innovations G2 series folding glass narrow thermal doors
